1. General Cancellation Conditions
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to Pulse of Paradise Ltd.
Cancellation terms may vary depending on the service provider (hotels, guesthouses, car rentals, excursions, or flights).
Charges will be calculated based on the date and time the cancellation request is received.

No-show bookings are non-refundable.

Refunds, where applicable, will be processed using the same payment method used at the time of booking.
Processing times may vary depending on the bank or payment provider.
4. Modifications & Amendments
Any change to dates, number of guests, or selected services is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Amendments requested after the cancellation deadline may be treated as a full cancellation.
5. External Factors & Force Majeure
Pulse of Paradise Ltd shall not be held responsible for cancellations caused by circumstances beyond our control, including:
Adverse weather conditions
Flight delays or cancellations
Natural disasters
Government restrictions
Strikes or safety concerns
In such cases, refund or credit options will follow supplier policies.
6. Illness or Medical Emergencies
We strongly encourage guests to obtain comprehensive travel insurance to cover unexpected cancellation due to personal emergencies.
Any compassionate refund request will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, subject to valid documentation.
7. Car Rental & Excursion Cancellations
Activities and vehicle rentals are governed by partner operator policies.
Late arrivals, early departures, or unused services are non-refundable.
