2. Use of Website & Booking Platform

• You must be at least 18 years old to make a booking.

3. Travel Bookings & Confirmation

• All reservations are subject to availability and acceptance by Pulse of Paradise Ltd and its licensed partners.

• Bookings are confirmed once the required deposit or full payment has been received and a confirmation voucher has been issued.

4. Payments

• Prices are published in Mauritian Rupees (MUR) unless otherwise stated.

• A deposit of 60% or 100% may be required depending on the selected service.

• The remaining balance, where applicable, must be completed before arrival or as stated on the invoice.

• Any additional charges or optional services must be settled directly with the provider.

5. Cancellation, Refunds & Amendments

• Cancellation and refund conditions depend on the selected accommodation, excursion, or rental operator.

• Fees may apply as per supplier terms and timing of the cancellation.

• Requests for amendments must be made in writing and approved based on availability.

6. Roles & Responsibilities

• Pulse of Paradise acts as a booking facilitator between clients and independent third-party suppliers.

• Service execution, safety standards, and operational responsibilities remain with the respective provider.

• Pulse of Paradise shall not be liable for delays, damages, loss, or changes caused by events outside our control, including weather, strikes, health risks, or force majeure situations.

7. Travel Requirements

• Clients are responsible for ensuring valid travel documents, visas, vaccinations, and compliance with local laws.

• We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance for protection against emergencies and unexpected cancellations.

8. Accuracy of Information

• Pulse of Paradise strives to maintain up-to-date and accurate information.

• Any noticeable errors, omissions, or pricing inaccuracies may result in booking reassessment or cancellation with a full refund if required.

9. Intellectual Property

• All content on the Pulse of Paradise website, including branding elements, text, graphics, and media, remains the intellectual property of Pulse of Paradise Ltd.

• Copying, reproduction, or distribution without written approval is prohibited.

10. Privacy & Data Protection
